Every “I” has been dotted, every “t” has been crossed at 311 E 11 when it comes to sustainability, from the floor to ceiling double insulated windows that increase natural light and reduce noise pollution to the advanced water conservation fixtures, faucets and appliances. 311 E 11 offers discount parking for hybrid vehicles, in hopes of encouraging eco-friendly residents to think one step further; it’s also located within walking distance of organic stores and eateries.
311 E 11 also offers a lounge upon entry that is sustainably minded and perfect for gathering with friends and family. There are currently three available units in the building, two of which are penthouse homes. Penthouse 1A is a two-bedroom, 1,205 square foot residence, while penthouse 2A is a two-bedroom, 1,970 square foot home. Also available is a two-bedroom unit with 1,461 square feet. Penthouse 1A is listed at $1.9M, penthouse 2A at $3.45M. The additional two-bedroom unit is listed for $2.195. Units sold averaged $1,214 per square foot, while the current available units average $1,625 per square foot.
