Overview:

While we recognize it’s a bit late in the game to be commenting on a condo with only one unit remaining (actually, Corcoran’s website indicates they are all in contract at this point) we couldn’t pass up the chance to spread the word about this building. Why? Two of the units the building actually allow for the entire façade of the unit to lift up and completely expose the interior via a garage door-like mechanism. Additionally, the building is one of the few Manhattan brownstones which incorporates traditional renovations with a modern sense of style. It’s really quite nice–if downtown is your thing. (more…)
