Overview

While this luxury boutique condo lacks a glamorous name, it does offer prospective buyers spacious apartments in a modern townhouse with private elevator access and luxury finishes. The website introduces the building as a small town urban oasis in the midst of pre-war buildings in the historical neighborhood of Central Harlem. The building is located at 265 West 122nd Street, between Seventh Avenue (Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Blvd.) and Eighth Avenue (Frederick Douglass Blvd).

Developed by El Nalixa LLC, which is headed by Hans Futterman and designed by architect Martina Q. Ballerca, the building is contemporary and should stand out from the neighboring pre-war apartment buildings and townhouses. The two-story base of the building is constructed from stone with beige masonry. Occupancy was originally slated for January 2008, but it’s looking more like May or June at this point.
