Overview

441 East 57th Street is a truly modern condo project coming to us from a young development and design firm called FLAnk (Architecture on the Front Lines). FLAnk bought the existing townhouse last year for $5.5 million from Broadway compose Cy Coleman and quickly demolished it. The plan is to build a tall and thin structure which maximizes the available air rights (20,000 square feet / zoned residential). FLAnk will build 7 units, mostly 2-bedroom duplexes which are at least 1,600 feet. (more…)
