Overview

The Paper factory is a mid-19th Century building that is being restored and converted into 5 condo units. The 5 units allow for an intimate building atmosphere in an area that has substantial foot and street traffic on all sides. The block of the development on 22nd Street between 5th and 6th Avenues is centrally located and allows for an easy transit to anywhere in the city. However this centrality in this neighborhood ensures a certain high level of activity possibly contradicting the “traditional brownstone lifestyle” which one might expect from the building. (more…)
