The Adagio construction site was just on Fox 5 as being a ‘brownfield’ or site of toxic pollution from the industries that were there before. They talked about the Beacon school on 61st street and then panned around to the Adagio and superimposed a brownfield graphic over it. (more…)

Overview:

Adagio 60 is a spacious and peaceful condominium project located just west of Lincoln Center in the “Columbus Circle West” neighborhood. While the website is a bit boring, the building is anything but. I was happily surprised to see the incredible attention to details provided by developer Algin Management and prestigious design firms Andres Escobar & Associates and H. Thomas O’Hara. (more…)
