Be @ William is one of four “Be @” properties located throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn targeted at upwardly mobile professionals that are “seeking a better life at a better price.” The developer, SDS Procida, (who is also behind Richard Meier’s new development On Prospect Park in Brooklyn) has created its own brand to focus in on a particular segment of the local luxury market.

This former office building is being converted into 113 “loft like” studios, one and two bedrooms. The idea is to offer younger, presumably single buyers a new construction building that incorporates modern design and a social atmosphere at an affordable (by New York standards of course) price.
