Sales Update on 245 10th Avenue

245 10th Avenue

I visited the sales office of 245 10th Avenue yesterday. What an incredible project. It’s hard to know what to expect when you arrive at the sales office because it’s a tough-to-find dirty old backdoor located around the corner from the building. After you climb the dusty, industrial-looking staircase you enter the world of Della Valle Bernheimer, the architecture firm which thought up the concrete ceilings, recessed track lighting and white lacquer cabinet-wall kitchens. Unless they are holding back certain units, it would appear about 18 units are remaining from the original 132. Of those remaining, one studio is left, along with two 1-bedrooms. The rest are 2-4 bedrooms. (more…)

15 Madison Square North – Phase II selling smoothly

I spoke with the sales office today after fielding two e-mails about 15 Madison Square North. It appears Phase II, the final phase, has been underway for several weeks now with three contracts already signed. Four 3-bedroom units and three 1-bedroom units still remain on the market. (more…)
