The website says it best: “bold architecture.” The renderings strike me as tastefully modern. Construction will be from glass, steel, and aluminum. The project is being developed by Great Neck-based Chatham Development Corporation, known for their ultra-luxury homes on Long Island. A typical Chatham house might be 10,000 square feet of modern luxury situated on several acres in Westhampton, or private North Shore towns such as Mill Neck and Kings Point (Kings Point is a village of Great Neck, my hometown!)
