Overview

The Highline 519 could actually be considered “old news” by some, considering construction is finished and the units are mostly sold. However, given its unique design and location in the developing (and future) “High Line Park” area, we wanted to include it along side other similar projects nearby. Our reaction to this building is fairly close to that of others located just off 10th or 11th avenues in the high teens and 20’s: It’s a nice shift from the less exciting, dorm-like co-ops which line much of 23rd Street and partially speculative regarding the on-going development of this neighborhood.
