Josh Guberman of Core Development Group is behind this new luxury condo sitting peacefully mid-block on East 74^th Street. From the website to the interior finishes, this condo acts practical and exudes a sense of calm. The architecture is modern and certainly changes the feel of this otherwise typical looking block. It is a boutique project, standing only 7 stories tall and housing 12 units. It is immediately clear that the project leans towards quality over quantity. Most units are quite spacious with large outdoor terraces and loft-like living spaces. The architectural design is by Chris Carrano of ADG Architecture and Design PC. Special attention and focus are made to the interiors as Guberman sought to create lavish units with a design and floor plan that can be called ‘unique’ next to other standard high-rise glass towers in the surrounding blocks. Overall we are quite impressed by this comfortable, upscale residence.
