Overview

The Maison East is a condominium conversion taking place at 1438 Third Avenue (Corner of 81st Street). The Masion East (formerly known as Turnberry Tower) has 31 floors and was originally designed by Wechsler, Grasso & Menziuso, known for their terrace-friendly projects which sprouted up throughout the 1980′s. Maison East has been a popular Upper East Side rental spot for the past 10 years. It was acquired in 2004 by Broad Street Development who have teamed up with Prudential Douglas Elliman to sell these well-dressed units.
