Another development in Chelsea? You got it. This one may be a cut better than some of the others in that units begin at $2M for 1,600 feet. The development will only have 15 units taking up the 8 floors. It competes with similar buildings such as the 520 West Chelsea and the Chelsea Modern–both of which have spacious floorplans as well. Modern 23 is a bit more centrally located within Chelsea than some of its peer projects, situated midblock between 8th and 9th Avenues. The building has a colored glass facade mixed in with black brick. It looks pretty cool from the renderings, although not terribly unlike some of its neighbors.
