Overview

I had a chance to meet with Vince Rocco today, sales director for the 505 condo and a very nice guy. I’ve decided to cover this building at this point in time because of the plethora of e-mails and conflicting opinions I’ve read about the project. First, it is selling very quickly. The sales office has been open about seven weeks and contracts are out on roughly 70% of the building. The sales are all documented on a curiously neat, color-coded sheet which Vince keeps on his desk. You’ll have to visit the sales office if you want to see what I’m talking about.
