Located in Hell’s Kitchen, The Hit Factory is a legendary recording studio where nearly all of contemporary music’s great artists have recorded including John Legend, Stevie Wonder, The Rolling Stones, and Whitney Houston. It is now being converted into 27 beautiful condominium units.
