Hi
I’m looking for a condo either by Columbus Circle midtown. I do have 2 well behaved Bichon frise dogs and. Labrador well behaved and trained. My husband is retired law enforcement. No children. I would like to be within walking distance to Central Park. We are looking for the lowest floor available. Along with amenities. 2 bedroom 1 bath is fine. We are ready in April or sooner if the price is right and the condo. No more than 400,000 I realize it’s a small amount.
