The Harrison finally has a sales office open at 345 Amsterdam Avenue. That’s great considering the building is already over 80% sold. Unless they are holding back certain units, it would appear about 18 units are remaining from the original 132. Of those remaining, one studio is left, along with two 1-bedrooms. The rest are 2-4 bedrooms.

If you take a look at the website, you can view the floorplans for each layout in both the north and south towers. I like the one-bedrooms in the south wing. At 826 feet they have open layouts including a spacious entry foyer and good separation between the bedroom and living room. The 4-bedrooms in the south wing also have great layouts with windowed, eat-in kitchens and a corner second bedroom with en-suite bath. The remaining units seem to be priced between $1,300-$1,600/foot. The view is really what sets apart the higher priced and lower priced two-bedrooms.
